Becks has taken a vow to make sure his Dad gets fully healthy by hiring a permanent carer for him. Becks’ dad suffered a heart attack this past Wednesday and Becks and Vicky rushed back to England to see him. Becks’ and his dad spoke about the upcoming months and Becks’ promised his father he would pay for a carer as long he needed it. Hopefully he has a smooth recovery and we will keep him in our prayers. Filed under: Celebrity Life and David Beckham Comments: None |
Becks’ father had a heart attack Wednesday night and David flew back to England shortly after. His father had to be resuscitated by paramedics on the way to the hospital. David had falling out with his dad after his father wrote a tell all book about Becks’ in 2005 but they have tried to reconcile since then. God Bless the Beckham family. Mr. Lalas has finally grown some balls and is following what clubs in Europe do with there injured players. He is not going to let Beckham play until he is 100% regardless of what Becks says. Major clubs in Europe will not play a player unless he is 100% healthy regardless of who the player is. “Just because David says he is healthy, that does not mean he is healthy. When we are confident that he is 100 per cent, physically and mentally, at that time we will see him on the field and not before.” said Lalas. Well Mr. Lalas follow the recommended injury time for a sprained knee, located on the right side of this page, and you will have Mr. Beckham good to go. Jurgen Klinsmann, the coach of the German 2006 World Cup Team and soccer legend, praised the impact of David Beckham in the United States. “It caused a stir with the kids and with youths even though the people weren’t really sure about the level of play in his club or in the league” said Klinsmann. He also said that Becks has had the desired ‘big bang’ effect on American soccer. Klinsmann, who could possibly coach LA Galaxy next year, claims “His arrival has made a huge Impact. Suddenly, people who before had no interest about soccer are folowing it.” Klinsman has also been rumored to possibly coach Chelsea or Tottenham, two top English Premier League teams, in the near future. Both teams are struggling with there management and Klinsmann played for Tottenham in the 1994-1995 season. Klinsmann now lives in Newport Beach, CA. Victoria Beckham has decided to make a couple tour stops with the girl band ‘The Pussycat Dolls’ in an effort to win over more American fans. A celebrity insider has claimed, “They’ve been blown away by Victoria since she arrived in LA. They love her style and think she has the perfect figure for the group. They are all huge Spice Girl fans and can’t wait to have her on stage with them.” I guess any publicity is good publicity for Vicks because she has been staying out of the limelight lately. She is following in the steps of Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson, Carmen Electra, and Christina Aguilera who have joined The Pussycat Dolls on tour to benefit from the groups popularity. According to the article below from stuff.co.nz, Becks is going to design all black outfits and choreograph dance moves for the Spice Girls. Victoria has the final approval on this of course. I smell something fishy about this article. I don’t see Beckham doing this or having the time to do this. He is still recovering from his injury attending therapy and Galaxy practices everyday. But make you own decision on the article, read below:

Victoria Beckham can buy anything she wants - and usually does. So how does the Queen of Conspicuous Consumption choose her designer clothes? “Obviously you’re paying for quality. And a lot of the time you’re paying for the genius that actually created the outfit,” the wife of soccer star David Beckham said at last week’s Oscar de la Renta fashion show. “But for me, it’s all about shape and simplicity. Every season there are the key dresses that everybody wants. But sometimes I prefer to wear something completely different.” Source: Houston Chronicle Filed under: Celebrity Life and Victoria Beckham Comments: None |
We all know that Victoria Beckham is known for her sense of style. Usually it is in a positive way. However, she showed the world another side to her style when she and David went to dinner Sunday night at Nobu, a Japanese restaurant… and people are not seeming to dig it too well. Besides looking like Leonardo, Donatello, Michaelangelo, and Rafael, Victoria’s dress was obviously expensive so we won’t take that away from her. Oh, and what a surprise…it fit her perfectly! Eva Longoria dispelled rumors that Becks would be making a guest appearance on the TV show ‘Desperate Housewives’ as a gay man along with Robbie Williams. Eva, who even thought the rumor could possibly be true, called Victoria to clarify things. Eva said “I talked to Victoria the other day. I told her about that rumor and she was laughing. David had a good laugh out of it. They (Becks and Williams) are not coming on the show.” Becks knows better than this. He is an athlete not an actor people!
